First px was relatively easy, pretty normal.
Completed in 2.5 hours
Second px can't speak English but had a translator.
1. Keep it simple, "can you see?" patient answers "yes" or "no"
2. Be careful not to show your thumb when you're doing VFs... px will answer "3"
3. We talk too much, and that eats into exam time
